Marvel shows off FREE COMIC BOOK DAY offerings

Coming to a comic book store near you on May 7th is Free Comic Book Day, a special event where both independent and well-established publishers offer free books to their readers. So far, DC and Archie Comics have unveiled their offerings for the big day, and now it’s Marvel’s turn.

Their first title will be FCBD CIVIL WAR II #1, which gives an insight into the biggest event of 2016. Brian Michael Bendis and Jim Cheung are ready to give you a taste of the conflict that will ignite the Marvel Universe later in the year. As if that wasn’t enough, you will get the highly anticipated debut of the All-New Wasp ahead of her entry in the All-New, All-Different Avengers courtesy of writer Mark Waid and legendary artist Alan Davis.
